PM 24
A 1920s rag trade building was stripped bare to create Phillipe Mouchel’s PM24. Complex structural, authority and services issues were resolved to lower the floor, creating double volume dining spaces around the perimeter and ample space for facilities and services at mezzanine level. A central open kitchen provided a focal point of interest and a memorable experience for all diners. Understated aesthetics combine with the raw building shell to create this highly successful culinary destination.
