MGA was involved in the infrastructure and refurbishment upgrade of 35 Collins St - a 32 storey office tower – designed to reposition potential leasable office floor as premium grade tenancies. Lobbies and tenancies were designed with high end detailing to suit top of Collins st marketing, including stone finishes with cast plaster feature ceilings, custom lighting and floor finishes. Compliant accessible amenities were also provided on each office floor.
