Lakehouse Apartments

Lakehouse is a mixed use development located at Edgewater on the Maribyrnong River. The design provides apartments over 4 floors, with a restaurant and café on the ground floor. The building acts as an active hub, shifting its use from domestic living to hospitality trade whilst rejuvenating the northern side of the Maribyrnong River. The Lakehouse received a Commendation in the category of High Density Development at the 2012 UDIA Awards.
