Future Homes Competition, Shorlisted

The brief focussed on future proofing apartments in response to; change climate conditions, future technologies, changing needs for young families and ageing in-place. The competition was also grounded by a need to comply with existing and future planning restrictions. Our proposal used innovative construction methods (CLT) and materials to reduce construction costs, increase access to private open space and provide a sustainable economic model for future development.
